The Winnipeg Goldeyes (22-28)听broke a听seven-game听skid with a walk-off 5-4 win over the Sioux Falls Canaries (19-28) on Monday.听
The Canaries led off the game with a听Dan Motl听home run (2) and added one later in听the top of the first on听an听RBI double by听David Bergin. Sioux Falls added one in the third and one in the fifth to take a 4-0 lead. The Goldeyes got on the board with a听Matt McCann听RBI single in the bottom of the sixth and tied the game with a three-run seventh that featured a two-run triple from听McCann.听
McCann came through one more time with an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth to end the game.听听
Cameron McVey听(2-0) pitched a 1-2-3 top of the ninth to earn the win.听

Kansas City 12, Lincoln 9-听听
The Kansas City T-Bones听(31-17)听held on to听an听early lead to defeat the Lincoln Saltdogs听(27-22)听12-9 on Monday.听
The T-Bones produced 21 base runners in the contest (16 hits) (5 walks).听Mason Davis,听Nick Torres听(2),听Noah Perio Jr.,听Taylor听Featherson听(2),听Keith Curcio,听Dexter听Kjerstad, and听Tucker Pennell听all had RBIs in the contest.听
In the top of the seventh,听Mason Davis听hit a solo home run (1) and听Taylor听Featherson听hit a two-run homer (3) to put the game out of reach at 12-3.听听
The Saltdogs pushed with a six-run bottom of the eighth that was highlighted by a three-run听Christian Ibarra听home run, but the scoring ended there.听
Kansas City’s starter,听Barrett Astin听(6-2), was awarded the win after giving up three in six innings of work.听Cody Winiarski听pitched a scoreless ninth to earn the save (5).听

The Sioux City Explorers (37-12) hit a pair of home runs to top the Chicago Dogs听(18-30)听by a score of 3-2 on Monday.听
Both home runs came in the top of the second.听Jose听Sermo听led off the inning with a home run (10). In the next at-bat听Jay Baum听singled before coming home on听Dexture听McCall home run (2).听
Michael Falsetti听drove in both runs for the Dogs with one coming on a solo home run (2) in the bottom of the fourth.听
Justin Vernia听(7-1) gave up just one unearned run in six innings of work to earn the win.听Eric Karch听pitched a scoreless ninth to earn the save (8).听

Fargo-Moorhead 5, Wichita 3 (F/12)-听听
It took 12 innings, but the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks听(26-22)听came away with a 5-3 win听over the Wichita Wingnuts听(29-19)听on Monday.听
The RedHawks scored first on a wild-pitch in the top of the second.听Tony Thomas听hit a solo home run听(12) in the bottom of the frame to tie the game听
Fargo-Moorhead took a 3-1 lead when听Charlie Valerio听hit an RBI single that scored听Devan Ahart听and resulted in a throwing error that scored听Brennan Metzger. The Wingnuts would again tie the game in the bottom of the ninth with one scoring on a听Zach听Nehrir听RBI single and one听scoring on听an听Abel Nieves听sacrifice fly.听听
The game remained tied until the top of the twelfth when听Maikol听Gonzales听hit a two-run double.听
Benji Waite听(2-2) held Wichita scoreless for the final three innings to earn the win.听

AirHogs’ starter,听Meng听Weiqiang听(4-4), gave听up just two runs (one earned) on two hits over six innings of work.听听
Texas took a 2-1 lead in the top of the fourth with back to back RBIs by听Chen听Jungpen听and听Chen听Chen. The lead grew to 4-1 in the sixth when听Corelle听Prime听hit a solo home run (3) and Chen hit an RBI double.听

The Saint Paul Saints (26-23) topped the Cleburne Railroaders (17-30) by a score of 8-5 on Monday.听
Burt Reynolds听led听the Saints at the dish, going 2-for-4 with a home run (12), two RBIs, and two runs scored.听听Maxx Murphy听(2),听Brady听Shoemaker听and听Anthony Phillips听(3) also batted in runners for St. Paul.听
