Grand Prairie AirHogs 2BÌýMatthew BurnsÌýand C/LFÌýRyan GasporraÌýaccounted for a combined six hits and six RBI as the AirHogs handled the Amarillo Sox 10-2.
Burns and Gasporra each went 3-for-6 with three RBI and a runs scored in the game. 1B/C Brian Peterson, who followed right behind Burns and Gasporra in the batting order, had a team-high four hits and score a pair of runs. DHÌýAlex NunezÌýalso had a strong night at the plate as he went 3-for-6 with two RBI. On the mound, starting pitcherÌýBennett Whitmorepicked up the win as he tossed seven innings and allowed just one run on six hits.
For the Sox, RFÌýJoe WeikÌýwent 2-for-4 and scored a run and both DHÌýKyle NicholsÌýand CFÌýJason MartinÌýeach had an RBI.

Wichita 10, Laredo 7Ìý—
Eight different Wingnuts combined for 11 hits as Wichita downed the Laredo Lemurs 10-7.
All but one Wingnut had at least one hit in the game and the fifth through eighth batters in the order had all of Wichita’s nine RBI. 2BÌýAbel Nieves, CÌýChris McMurrayÌýand 3BÌýTaylor OldhamÌýeach had two RBI and RFÌýCarlo TestaÌýhad a team-high three RBI. Wichita put up a pair of runs in the first inning but the Lemurs matched those runs by the third inning. The Wingnuts took control with seven runs in the fourth and fifth innings and never trailed again.
For the Lemurs, four different batters had two-hit games including LFÌýHarrison KainÌýwho had a team-high two RBI.
